RTR-1500 Rapid Triaxial Rock Testing System


The GCTS RTR-1500 Rapid Triaxial Rock Testing System was developed for accurate and quick triaxial and unconfined compression tests on rock specimens while maintaining an easy-to-use nature. This system is also capable of performing various other tests that the user may desire. Rapid, easy, and safe operation makes the RTR-1500 system ideal for production test facilities and research laboratories and can be greatly customized to meet the user’s needs.

The GCTS Rapid Triaxial Rock Test System is a closed-loop digitally servo controlled apparatus developed for accurately performing easy and quick triaxial and unconfined tests on rock specimens. In addition, the system is also capable of performing permeability, hydraulic fracturing, indirect tension, and many other advanced rock tests. GCTS state-of-the-art control package that includes Windows compatible testing software and digital signal conditioning increments testing reliability and eliminates advanced technical knowledge requirements for its operation.

 

Rapid, easy, and safe operation makes the RTR-1500 system ideal for production test facilities and research laboratories. The system can be designed to meet customer specifications and accommodates different specimen sizes. This system meets all applicable ISRM and ASTM testing standards.
