The GCTS ATM-010 system is the money-saving solution for advanced HMA testing. It sports an electro-pneumatic modular design allowing the system to be customized to meet the needs of the user. It is the most cost-effective asphalt testing system on the market, making this system the most economical choice available.


The ATM-010 can come with an optional environmental chamber which houses the compact load frame along with the testing module. The environmental chamber is highly reliable temperature-control device with potential range from 30° to +150° C, and control variance of less than ± 0.5°C. It also includes a full size window for visual monitoring of the specimen during the test.


At the core of the GCTS ATM-010 is the SCON-1500 digital servo controller that can be configured with up to 8 universal sensor input channels and 4 control output channels (28 inputs and 8 control outputs with optional SCON-2000). All signal conditioning, as well as high-speed data acquisition and control functions are done by the GCTS SCON unit and graphically interfaced through CATS; the GCTS windows based software running on a standard PC. The system is capable of performing the full spectrum of HMA tests: dynamic complex modulus, flow number, flow time, indirect tension, beam flexural fatigue and resilient modulus. These tests are done with the appropriate testing modules.


The different testing modules can be obtained after the initial system acquisition at the same discounted price.
