GCTS COVID-19 RESPONSE

At GCTS, the safety and health of our customers, colleagues, and communities is our primary concern. The COVID-19 virus has created many challenges for everyone around the globe, but we would like to reassure you that we are here to continue providing safe and professional services.

We are closely monitoring the situation concerning the COVID-19 virus outbreak and are following the CDC and other health agency’s advice on operating procedures. We have implemented a number of safety precautions and social distancing policies that will allow us to continue manufacturing our equipment and we remain committed to our promised product delivery deadlines. We are currently able to fulfill existing orders and will continue accepting new orders.

However, we have currently suspended all travel of GCTS personnel to ensure the safety of our team, our customers, and their families. We will resume all pending installation and service visits once the CDC confirms that it is safe to travel.

In the meantime, we are making use of all available software tools at our disposal, including our ESP Technical Support website (to access, please click here), remote access software, and Skype, to ensure that we can continue the same level of technical support that you have come to know. We will also be using this time to enhance our instructional video library to better assist our valued customers.
